  • Thayne’s knowledge and abilities are a blessing. I have RA and initially came in due to extremely limited mobility and pain in my shoulders because of a recent flare up that limited my ability to raise my arms for a couple of months. It caused such tension I couldn’t sleep. After my first session with Thayne I was able to lift my arms above my shoulders to do my hair without pain. I’ve since gained almost full mobility in my shoulders with little to no pain. Each session has been a positive progression through the damage I’ve created in my shoulders and back over the years thanks to a desk job, previous injuries and RA inflammation limiting movement.   • I highly recommend Thayne at Massage Ninja. I went in with severe collarbone, neck and shoulder pain. My collarbone is now completely pain free. My neck has a better range of motion than it has in a really long time and my shoulder has been released of so much tension. Don't be scared away if you suffer from Chronic Pain, such as I do. The only painful thing for me was not seeking out Thayne much sooner! Also, something I hardly see mentioned on reviews that's super important to me is the Therapist Personality.   • Thayne puts in a lot of work into his massage sessions as a massage therapist myself practicing for eight years I can say and attest he is one of the highest level therapists I’ve received from. He is an expert in the field of medical massage. Meaning he has extensive knowledge of the anatomy which takes years to master and I’ve also had chronic issues with several bone fractures and structural issues due to playing sports at a competitive level and he addressed them on top of that the cupping feels really really good and helped reduce alot of inflammation, so if you were or are an athlete of any sort I would highly recommend to check out Thayne !
